Order Tracking
To track your order with our approved logistic partners, use your Consignment/Airway Bill Number. After receiving the dispatch email, please allow up to 24 hours for the information related to your order to appear online.

Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email with your tracking number and an online tracking link as soon as your product is sent out of our warehouse.

Shipping Charges
Shipping Charges Get free shipping on orders over MYR 100! There is a MYR 5 shipping fee for orders under MYR 100. Look out for sporadic specials that provide free delivery with no minimum amount.

Delivery Timeframes
Here’s what you can expect for delivery times:
• Within Klang Valley: 2 to 4 business days.
• Semenanjung: 2 to 5 business days.
• East Malaysia: 7 to 10 business days.
