Why I can't check the tracking status?
This happens when your order is under processing or in queue for packing in the warehouse. The tracking number of the delivery service provider will only be reflected in our system after collection of parcel by the delivery service provider.

When are you going to send my orders?
We will pack the item(s) within 48 hours after receiving your order, and ship out within 2 days except weekend or public holidays.

Can I change my order?
We will not be able to change your order after collection of parcel by our delivery service provider. In case of any changes required, kindly contact the customer service for further advice and actions.

Can I change my shipping address?
We will not be able to change your shipping address after collection of parcel by our delivery service provider. In case of any changes required, kindly contact the customer service for further advice and actions.

You have sent me fault item.
Kindly contact the customer service. In the case of our error in delivering the wrong items to you, we shall be liable for the shipping cost to return the items and reship you the correct items.

Shipping period too long, we are disappointed.
Standard shipment services are provided by local post office, Pos Malaysia. Shipping period is based on what Pos Malaysia promises. You may refer to the following link to see the time needed for the parcel to arrive at your destination. On the other hand, if you require an expedited/express shipping service, you have the option of using FeDex at an extra charge.

My waist is 34" may I know M size fit me?

I did not receive an email my order has been successfully. What should I do?
Kindly check your Junk/Spam folder. If you haven't seen the order confirmation email, please contact the customer service.

I dislike the colour can I change? or your product photo doesn't look the same as the actual product.

I can't fit well, can I change the size? underwear or tops and bottoms. If return who will bear the return shipping cost?
You may return and exchange the products except underwear items at your cost. You are advised to refer our size chart in detail before placing an order. Kindly contact our customer service for further advice.

Manufacturing defect , what should I do?
You are required to take pictures of the defect parts and email us with a description of the defect. In case of manufacturing defect, we will take responsibility to exchange the product for you at our cost.

Do I need to pay import tax?
You are required to adhere to the taxation law of your local jurisdiction/country of destination.
