Return & Refund Policy
ALL products are checked twice for no prominent defects before packed for shipping.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.
If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount and a handling charge RM5 per item may apply for refund, returns or exchanges based on customer preference.
- No refund/returns/exhange will be accepted after 7 days of received of the goods.
- All refund/returns/exchange item will be refunded (after deducted RM5 per item for handling charges) by way of voucher code usable for the next purchase.
- Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Return or exchange of fragrance, underwear (men’s and women’s), swimwear, socks and earrings will not be accepted.
- Hosiery ( ex: Socks, Scaft… ect)
- Sale/Promotion items/Free Gift
- Any other form of transactions

If within 7 days of delivery you change your mind and the garment is
- Still in its original packaging
- Unlaundered, and
- Has its all orginal tags on
Few easy steps to a quick refund/return or easy exchange:

Please return the items to proceed for the refund/return/exchange.
- Full purchase amount refund will be sent you by way of voucher code which will be valid for 3 months.
- The refund process will be proceeded within 14 working days after we receive your return item.
- Please take a moment to print and complete the Refund/Return/Exchange Form
- Replace the item in the packaging in which it was received. This is the original brand packaging in which the item was wrapped, not the box or bag in which the items were shipped.
- If the item was shipped to you in a box, please return it to us with the box. If you do not have the original box, please use a sturdy box to prevent damage to the item. During the postage, we are not responsible for damage to products in transit back to us.
- To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a pre-paid, insured, and traceable method (such as Poslaju Malaysia, FedEx, Certified mail or another method) where you receive a shipping slip that can be used to trace the delivery. Overnight shipping is not necessary.
- Send the Refund/Return/Exchange Form plus your merchandise to:
